Who operates WannaFocus

WannaFocus is operated by ASG Studio Ltd. These terms govern your use of the WannaFocus product; if paid plans open, Paddle's buyer terms will separately govern the payment transaction.

What this is

WannaFocus is a planner and a focus tracker with small groups. You write down what you will do, you start a session, and the time you actually spent is recorded. Groups exist so that a few people can see each other start and finish.

Your account

• You need an email address to sign in. Keep it to one account per person.
• You are responsible for what you post in groups and in your introduction.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

What you may not do

• Do not harass, shame, or pressure other members. This product is built so that a missed day costs nothing; do not import that from elsewhere.
• Do not post other people's private information, or anything unlawful.
• Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the service, and do not attempt to reach data that is not yours.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us only what we need to run the product: to store it, and to show it to the people you chose to share it with. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train models.

Measurement, honestly

Measured minutes come from the desktop app watching which application is in front while your session runs. It can be wrong — a machine that sleeps, an app that reports oddly. Nothing here is a certification, a grade, or proof for anybody else. Treat it as your own record.

Paid plans and Paddle

WannaFocus is free while it is being built. If paid plans open, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and paid features will be shown before anything is charged. Paid orders will be processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. You may cancel a subscription through the Paddle receipt or customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and any mandatory rights under the law where you live.

Availability

This is an early product run by a small team. It can go down, lose a feature, or change shape. We back the database up, but you should not rely on it as your only record of something important.

Ending it

You can stop using WannaFocus at any time and ask us to delete everything. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.

The legal minimum

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
